Applying for a place at our school
Applications for all year groups at a primary school from September 2010 (except for reception or year 3 at a junior school).
From September 2010, all applications for school places will have to be made to a parent’s home Local authority. Parents will no longer be able to apply direct to a school for a place for their child. If you live in Cornwall your home local Authority is Cornwall Council.
A scheme has been determined which outlines the processes and timetable which will govern applications for school places which are not made at the normal point of entry to a school. This scheme will apply to all schools in Cornwall, including Voluntary Aided, Foundation and Trust Schools.

Once your child's place has been confirmed by County we will ask you to complete a SIMS application form and return it to us. This ensures we have all the person information for you and your child.
